Ingredients:

1 pound chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
