Ingredients:

-1 tablespoon olive oil

-1 pound chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

-1/2 teaspoon salt

-1/4 teaspoon black pepper

-1/4 cup all-purpose flour

-1 cup heavy cream

-1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

-1/2 cup cooked penne

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.

2. Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and toss to coat. Cook for 1 minute.

3. Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce is thickened and bubbling, about 5 minutes.

4. Divide the sauce among 4 bowls and top with the parsley.
